      Mission
  — Water archaeology —

Since the beginning of time, water has been the key to establishing human settlements and occupying the territory, being the reference for defining borders between the people and structuring the communication networks; it has also been the source of beliefs and literary inspiration and the object of several historical disputes.
This project conducts the systematic study of several features related to water usage and engineering, its industrial use and other sources of knowledge such as hydraulic works in ancient times and the epigraphy related to it.
